- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white grape juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, white grape juice, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Add beef and onion to the marinade, coating well. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated beef and onion until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add carrot and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve beef mixture over rice.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
