- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Place cod fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and zest over the cod.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
