- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Add cooked pasta to the bowl and toss to coat. Use pasta water as needed to thin the sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Use fresh ricotta for the best texture.
- Adjust lemon to taste for more or less tang.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
