- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 large potato, baked and diced

- 2 tbsp butter

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and stir.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in sour cream, diced potato, and cooked macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with bacon and chives before serving.
