- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add celery, green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over lobster mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh or high-quality frozen lobster meat.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
