A delicious lobster roll casserole that combines the flavors of a classic lobster roll in an easy-to-make baked dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add celery, green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over lobster mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.

  • Use fresh or high-quality frozen lobster meat.
