Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add rice and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in onion and garlic until softened.
- Pour in tomato sauce and chicken broth.
- Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
