Instructions
- Mix oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Warm honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press mixture into a lined pan.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
