- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Divide batter evenly into three bowls.
- Stir cocoa powder into one bowl and strawberry jam into another. Leave the third bowl plain.
- Layer batters in the pan: chocolate first, then vanilla, then strawberry.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use natural cocoa powder for best flavor.
- Adjust strawberry jam amount for stronger flavor.
- Can be made in round pans for a layered look.
