Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add browned butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the peach mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Brown butter adds a nutty depth to the biscuit topping.
