  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crackers and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.
  3. Whisk pistachio pudding mix with milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chopped pistachios.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
