Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer spinach leaves, carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber slices.
- Drizzle ranch dressing (if using) and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
