  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  6. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
  7. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  8. Let cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
