Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice.
- Line a pie dish with one pie crust.
- Pour the apple mixture into the crust.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
- Dot with diced butter.
- Cover with the second pie crust, crimp edges, and cut slits for steam.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Prevent crust over-browning with a pie shield or foil.
