- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in white grape juice and lemon juice, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add cooked linguine and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan if desired.
