Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the diced salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the spicy salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Top with avocado, cucumber, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve with nori sheets for wrapping.
