  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing horizontally, leaving one edge intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-feta mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
