Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, lemon zest, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the pastry, leaving a border.
- Arrange the asparagus spears on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
