Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool.
- Beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers: soaked ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Do not oversoak the ladyfingers to avoid a soggy texture.
- Replace coffee with strawberry syrup for a kid-friendly version.
