Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, almond butter, and honey in a bowl.
- Add chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
