Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add dollops of ricotta cheese across the pizza.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Drizzle this mixture over the cheeses.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper over the top.
