Instructions
- Wash and prepare the tomatoes, cucumber, and basil.
- Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Dice the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
- Tear the basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.
