Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until edges set.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Slice and serve warm.
