Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree and cake mix until fully combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Do not add water, oil, or eggs – the recipe only uses the two ingredients.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
