Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Slice bananas thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. Toss banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes
