Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and peas. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Push vegetables to one side and scramble eggs in the pan.
- Mix eggs with vegetables and add cooked rice.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
