- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the buns.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the butter mixture over the sliders.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and buns are golden.
- Prepare au jus mix with water as per packet instructions.
- Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
- You can use Swiss cheese instead of provolone.
- For extra flavor, add caramelized onions.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
