Instructions

- Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub fish fillets with olive oil and spice mix.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Combine sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest to make the crema.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
- Flake cooked fish into pieces.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, cilantro, and lime crema.
