Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken and vegetables with garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly onto two large sheets of foil.
- Fold the foil over the mixture and seal the edges to create packets.
- Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets and serve hot.
