Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Place cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the cod fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the cod while cooking.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
