  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread diced bell pepper and onion evenly on the sheet pan.
