Description

A spiced cold brew coffee inspired by autumn flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Milk or cream (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine ground coffee, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon stick in a large jar
  2. Pour cold water over the mixture
  3. Stir gently to combine
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours
  5. Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh sieve
  6. Add vanilla extract and stir
  7. Serve over ice with milk or cream if desired
